Staffing Form and Descriptions

Respond here if you're interested in your character taking up a staff position at the clinic or volunteering as a patron. Only Dominants may be identified as patrons, but donations are accepted from anyone.

POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
  • Hospital Administrator » In charge of all day-to-day operations at the hospital, liaising with government authorities, ensuring all appropriate paperwork is in order, organizing inspections, coordinating between different doctors, acting as a mediator in staff disputes, and acquiring new 'patrons.'

  • Accountant » In charge of the financials, such as they are. Ensures that there is some paper trail for tax purposes, and manages the available donated funds.

  • Receptionist » In charge of the front-end lobby. Takes patient's information and assigns them to a doctor, makes appointments (new and follow-up), and generally assists with any administrative tasks.

  • Head Surgeon » In charge of the overall program for non-magical physicians. The head surgeon will oversee or perform operations, as needed, and act as a resource for other doctors.

  • Head Magical Healer » In charge of the overall program for magical healers. The head magical healer will oversee or perform healing, as needed, and act as a resource for other healers.

  • Head Nurse » In charge of the overall program for nursing. The head nurse will oversee or perform nursing procedures, as needed, and act as a resource for other nurses.

  • Shift Coordinator » In charge of ensuring coverage throughout the day and across the week. Contacts staff to arrange for their availability and makes schedules.

  • Healer/Doctor » Performs medical and healing procedures, as needed. Provides general health counsel to patients.

  • Nurse » Assists in medical procedures, as needed. Attends to patients in need of minor medical examinations or procedures. Provides routine medical care to long-term patients.

  • Orderly » Assists in non-medical procedures, as needed. Provides routine non-medical care to long-term patients, such as helping them with daily routines and bringing them food. Also assists with unruly patients and moving unconscious or immobilized patients.

  • Procurement Officer » Procures needed goods for the clinic. We really don't ask how.

  • Janitorial » Keeps all facilities clean and orderly.

  • Security » Keeps the facility safe and assists with unruly patients.
